Rarely am I compelled to leave a review, but in this case there was an exception. I felt that a lot of the important aspects of the business were poorly managed, mostly communication. Phone calls during the stated business hours are seldom answered, and even when leaving voicemails I rarely got a call back.
Email communication was *marginally* better but not by much.
Not a fan of the billing system & accounting... There were several instances of incorrect charges to our account which were eventually rectified, but only after persistent calls and emails. Staff on the phone were generally unable to help with account queries.
Prices increased during our time without notice (no emails, phone calls, etc).
Do yourself a favour and check out the google reviews for FinS Swim School in Kotara... Same owner and seems like there are similar problems there.
Our daughter enjoyed a couple of lessons, so one star.
