Just Like Fish Swim School takes all necessary steps to ensure that any such footage is taken in a respectable and appropriate manner.
The purpose of our footage is to demonstrate to parents and students development in their swimming ability. Further, the footage may also be used to demonstrate the specific swimming techniques taught by Just Like Fish Swim School and to market its teaching techniques and facilities.
In this regard, the footage may be included in promotional material such as brochures, newsletters, email communications, television commercials or otherwise shown on the Just Like Fish Swim School website and on social media including (without limitation) Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Just like Fish Swim School respects the rights of your child and your rights as a parent or guardian to decide that you do not want your child to appear in such footage.
Please indicate whether or not you consent to your child or children appearing in promotional material or video footage taken by Just Like Fish Swim School by (signing and returning a copy of this letter) OR IN THE CASE OF FUTURE ENROLMENT FORMS (ticking the appropriate box below).
